Here at Christ Our Hope Catholic Church, we take pride in all of our ministries to glorify the Lord, including this website used to help keep our church family and our community informed about events here at the church.

Occasionally, we photograph events and some of those photographs will contain images of minor children participating in some of our ministries including children's ministries, such as Altar Servers and Middle School Ministry.

Being mindful of the safety of all our children who participate we would like to obtain your permission to post images of our events that might contain images of your child here on the web site.  Though permission may have been granted verbally prior to this form,  it is necessary to receive a response from you regarding this matter.

If you choose to not grant permission for us to use your child's image on the web site we will gladly honor your wishes and screen all photos to ensure you or your child's picture does not appear online. However, if you do choose to grant your permission, you'll have a place where you can direct distant (or perhaps not so distant) relatives and friends to come and see pictures of your children participating and receiving blessings from the Lord.

We appreciate everyone's support of our web ministry and the safety of all is of primary concern. Please indicate in the form below whether or not you grant our permission to post images containing your child's likeness on the web site.
